Job Description
Junior Account Manager supporting clients using Affilka, an iGaming affiliate marketing platform. Providing technical guidance, training, support, and product feedback.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Understand business needs and analyze operational requirements
- Assist with technical issue resolution
- Provide day-to-day guidance on product usage
- Deliver product training sessions and demonstrations for partners and their teams
- Collaborate with the development team
- Collect and analyze product feedback
- Contribute directly to product backlog prioritization
- Create user guides and product documentation
- Own the full cycle of customer support to ensure strong partnerships, high product adoption, and long-term client satisfaction
- Help clients maximize product value through consulting, training, and continuous guidance
- Support clients in solving technical challenges and adopting best practices
Requirements:
- Written and spoken English – B2
- Russian – native or close to native
- Knowledge of other languages would be a plus
- Strong communication, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience as an Account Manager, Support Specialist, or Consultant for at least 1 year
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manner and manage stress
- Self-organization and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Negotiation experience would be a plus
- Experience in the IT field would be a plus
