Job Description
Import Analyst I at CET LOGISTICS coordinating logistical solutions and monitoring cargo operations across regions. Requires teamwork and advanced English skills for effective communication.
Responsibilities:
- Comply with the company’s internal policies and procedures
- Track purchase order (PO) receipt and enter information into Systray in coordination with the Expediting Department
- Create and maintain physical and electronic folders containing all required documents for each process/PO
- Monitor cargo collection and receipt at our warehouse or designated delivery address
- Analyze and resolve physical and documentation discrepancies/deviations with suppliers and customers
- Issue Material Receipts based on physical inspection of cargo and submit MRs for Translation and Classification analysis
- Prepare and send weekly reports to the client
- Prepare invoices and packing lists
- Request and manage bookings
- Send pre-alerts
- Track cargo arrival at destination
- Manage billing processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Dutch technical college equivalent (MBO, HBO or WO)
- 1–2 years of relevant experience providing logistics solutions
- Knowledge of end-to-end import solutions
- Ability to identify issues and develop efficient technical solutions
- Strong teamwork skills
- Effective communication skills
