Job Description

User Acquisition Manager for TikTok in appflame, a Ukrainian product IT company. Manage performance marketing campaigns and analyze trends for growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Run performance marketing campaigns on TikTok;
  • Run and optimize campaigns based on ROAS and LTV;
  • Run tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights, manage budget;
  • Cooperate with creative team about creatives production;
  • Develop automation and auto-rules for acquisition;
  • Analyze competitors, suggest ideas, and generate a hypothesis.

Requirements:

  • Are genuinely passionate about performance marketing and want to grow specifically in TikTok UA.
  • Are highly proactive: you don’t wait for tasks, but ask questions, suggest ideas, and look for ways to help.
  • Love learning: you regularly read/watch cases, courses, and are ready to invest time into self‑education.
  • Feel comfortable working with numbers and making simple conclusions from data.
  • Are attentive to details and double‑check your work (links, targeting, budgets, naming, tracking).
  • Can organize yourself: keep tasks, deadlines, and reports in order.
  • Are not afraid of routine and repetitive tasks at the start, understanding this is how you gain expertise.
  • Any hands‑on experience with ads (TikTok / Meta / Google / others) – even small budgets, your own project, freelance or course practice.
  • Experience using TikTok actively: your own content, blog, or deep understanding of trends and formats.
  • Completed courses in digital marketing / performance / UA (with certificates or projects).
  • Basic familiarity with analytics tools (e.g. GA4, AppsFlyer, Adjust, Firebase) at least on a theoretical level.
  • Understanding of basic performance metrics: CPI, ROAS, LTV, payback period (even just definitions).
  • Experience in startups, product teams, gaming or mobile apps.
