Job Description
Junior Partner Account Manager/Assistant at Social Discovery Group managing partner communications and support tasks. Fluent in Spanish, English, and Russian; remote work available.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and supporting partners without income
- Handling affiliate partner requests and providing assistance with onboarding
- Coordinating communication with partners and collecting feedback
- Managing project news channels and FAQ responses
- Assigning tasks to outsourcing teams and writing clear instructions
- Supporting all CRM chat activities.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in coordination, partner/account support, or administrative roles
- Knowledge of Spanish – C2, English – B2, Russian – C1
- Strong working knowledge of GSuite, Excel, and general PC literacy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Critical thinking, problem-solving mindset, and ability to navigate complex partner situations
- Teamwork and communication skills, including experience in leadership or initiative roles
- High negotiation ability and confidence in managing multiple stakeholders.
