Job Description

Junior Partner Account Manager/Assistant at Social Discovery Group managing partner communications and support tasks. Fluent in Spanish, English, and Russian; remote work available.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and supporting partners without income
  • Handling affiliate partner requests and providing assistance with onboarding
  • Coordinating communication with partners and collecting feedback
  • Managing project news channels and FAQ responses
  • Assigning tasks to outsourcing teams and writing clear instructions
  • Supporting all CRM chat activities.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in coordination, partner/account support, or administrative roles
  • Knowledge of Spanish – C2, English – B2, Russian – C1
  • Strong working knowledge of GSuite, Excel, and general PC literacy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving mindset, and ability to navigate complex partner situations
  • Teamwork and communication skills, including experience in leadership or initiative roles
  • High negotiation ability and confidence in managing multiple stakeholders.
