Job Description

Junior Recruiter responsible for strategic hiring across Southern Europe at a fast-growing F&B tech company. Engaging candidates and managing the full recruitment lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and creative sourcing channels.
  • Build, nurture, and manage talent pipelines to support both immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing and screening to interviews, offer management, and closure.
  • Partner with hiring managers to assess candidate fit based on role requirements, competencies, and growth potential.
  • Deliver a structured, data-driven, and fair recruitment process across all roles.
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience to support strong new-hire integration and early engagement.
  • Continuously improve hiring processes to enhance speed, quality, and consistency of hires.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data, pipeline tracking, and hiring reports to support decision-making.
  • Provide a positive, efficient, and professional hiring experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong interest in talent sourcing and hiring.
  • Comfortable with proactive outreach and candidate engagement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Results-driven, resilient, and comfortable working under pressure.
  • A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
