Job Description
Junior Solution Architect supporting ProGlove’s wearable technology for manufacturing and logistics. Assisting presales, customer workshops, demonstrations, solution design, and technical rollouts.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders and report to the Solution Architect Team Lead
- Support Sales in the deal process
- Link customer ideas with Product and Engineering teams
- Transfer knowledge to customers and reselling partners
- Build and develop customer, partner, and sales relationships
- Participate in customer workshops, discovery sessions, and technical discussions
- Understand customer processes, technical environments, and business challenges
- Support product demonstrations, onboarding activities, and technical training
- Assist with Proofs of Concept, pilots, and customer rollouts
- Support solution design and prepare demo environments and technical documentation
- Validate customer environments and implementation requirements
- Assist with technical troubleshooting alongside senior colleagues
- Document learnings and contribute to best practices
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Customer Success, and Engineering
- Translate customer needs into clear technical requirements
- Share customer feedback to improve products
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
- Gradually take ownership of more complex solution design and customer engagements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial/mechanical Engineering, Logistics Technology or comparable education or work experience
- Ability to communicate technical topics clearly to different audiences
- Broad interest in information technology topics, ideally in mobile solutions, enterprise software, warehousing, logistics or industrial environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactiveness, curiosity, and motivation to learn
- Willingness to travel to customer sites, partner locations and company events
- Business fluency in German and English
- Initial professional experience, internships, or academic project exposure in pre-sales, solution engineering, technical consulting, IT systems, or software/hardware environments is a nice-to-have
- Experience in a logistics or industrial work environment is a nice-to-have
- Basic scripting or programming experience, such as Python, JavaScript, or SQL, is a plus
