Job Description

Key Account Manager expanding Tandem Diabetes Care’s PSAD partnerships across France. Driving commercial growth and patient access to innovative diabetes technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Build trusted, long-term partnerships with key PSAD organisations across France
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans supporting sustainable growth and customer success
  • Serve as primary strategic contact for assigned accounts
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships and drive business development
  • Drive commercial performance and revenue growth across the portfolio
  • Lead commercial negotiations and manage contractual agreements
  • Use market intelligence, customer insights, and business data to identify growth opportunities
  • Monitor account performance through KPIs, forecasting, business reviews, and performance analysis
  • Prepare and present business reviews and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Support patient care pathways through collaboration with PSAD organisations and healthcare professionals
  • Coordinate educational initiatives and training programmes for healthcare teams and PSAD nursing staff
  • Build relationships with stakeholders across partner organisations
  • Collaborate with CDSS, Marketing, Finance, Commercial Excellence, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and other internal teams
  • Facilitate governance meetings, strategic planning discussions, and operational reviews
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain a patient-first mindset while ensuring compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Report to the Country Manager, France

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Master's degree or equivalent qualification (preferred)
  • Proven experience in Key Account Management, strategic partnerships, or commercial leadership within medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare services, or a related healthcare environment
  • Fluent French and professional-level English
  • Experience negotiating and managing complex commercial agreements
  • Strong understanding of the French healthcare environment and PSAD landscape
  • Experience working with healthcare stakeholders and navigating complex healthcare systems
  • Diabetes market experience (highly desirable)
  • Strong commercial acumen, including account planning, forecasting, and performance management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout France and regularly visit customer sites, partner organisations, and internal meetings
  • Compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements
