Job Description
Lead IT Recruiter for Global Social Discovery Group managing end-to-end recruitment processes. Collaborating with multinational teams and focusing on team development and talent acquisition metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Full International Recruitment Cycle: You'll be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial screening to successful onboarding. This includes identifying, interviewing, and selecting the best candidates for our diverse range of vacancies.
- Collaboration: Forge strong partnerships with hiring managers and HR professionals in relevant business units. Your ability to effectively liaise with key stakeholders will be instrumental in achieving recruitment success.
- Team development: conducting one-on-one meetings, supporting complex cases, developing team members, and ensuring full staffing of the IT recruitment team.
- Analytics, monitoring and improvement of TA metrics
Requirements:
- Recruitment Experience: minimum of 5 years of experience in international recruitment
- Strong expertise in direct search, headhunting, and market mapping is highly desirable
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience in people management or in mentoring and onboarding junior employees. Mandatory experience in conducting regular one-on-one meetings with direct reports (min 2 empl).
- Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability are key in our fast-paced environment.
- Data-Driven Approach: utilize data and metrics to analyze the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies;

- Language Skills: English B2+
