Job Description
Senior Recruiter at Talent Solutions RPO connecting candidates with job opportunities in technical engineering. Driving recruitment efforts and providing customer service to candidates and clients.
Responsibilities:

- Build a strong pipeline of in-demand candidates and loyal clients

- Improve sourcing strategies and build a diverse candidate pipeline
- Efficiently and accurately screen and assess candidates
- Drive client satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
- 3+ years of recruiting experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience or exposure to people or project management (nice to have)
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree (nice to have)
