Job Description
Technical Recruiter managing full-cycle recruitment for technology and sales positions at Net at Work. Collaborating with teams to identify and source top-tier candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize various recruitment tools to actively source, identify, and pre-qualify specific skill sets of professionals for priority positions as determined daily/weekly.
- Screen incoming resumes and conduct HR phone interviews.
- Collaborate with the Recruitment Coordinator on scheduling Competency and Tandem interviews with NAW Hiring Managers.
- Update and maintain Applicant Tracking System with accurate candidate information; Ensure status and workflows are updated.
- Source passive talent and create pipelines of candidates for future usage based on NAW hiring plans.
- Partner with the Director of TA to build talent and continuously update NAW Talent Strategy.
- Create and manage relationships with College Career Services to promote NAW and CAW opportunities.
Requirements:
- 5 or more years of experience recruiting technology and sales professionals, preferably within the SaaS space.
- Successful track record in candidate selection best practices including sourcing, recruiting, qualifying, and closing of technology and sales candidates.
- Must have experience sourcing and recruiting passive talent.
- Knowledge of ATS and Web-based recruiting tools to include Linkedin.com and indeed.com.
- Able to write basic web/database queries and Boolean searches.
- High level of communication and the ability to interact with all levels of staff.
- Able to demonstrate a high level of service delivery.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
