Job Description
Lead Salesforce Enterprise Architect driving enterprise-grade Salesforce ecosystems for a client. Craft high-performance Salesforce solutions ensuring scalability and alignment with organizational growth strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Define and own scalable Salesforce architecture across multi-cloud implementations.
- Translate complex business requirements into structured, extensible technical blueprints.
- Design robust data models, security frameworks, and automation strategies aligned with best practices.
- Establish integration patterns connecting Salesforce with external systems, enterprise data platforms, and AI-driven applications.
- Ensure architectural consistency, performance optimization, and long-term maintainability.
- Architect solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud environments.
- Implement advanced automation using flows, Apex, APIs, and integration frameworks.
- Guide adoption of Salesforce innovations, including Data Cloud and AI-powered capabilities.
- Design governance structures for scalable deployments across global teams.
- Lead architecture reviews and enforce coding, security, and data governance standards.
- Provide technical direction to development and consulting teams.
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Optimize system performance and drive continuous platform enhancements.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Articulate technical designs in clear, business-focused language.
- Lead solution demonstrations, roadmap discussions, and executive presentations.
- Build long-term client relationships focused on measurable value realization.
- Support solution estimation, RFP responses, and proposal development activities.
- Contribute reusable architecture frameworks, accelerators, and best-practice documentation.
- Mentor team members and support skill development initiatives.
- Promote knowledge sharing and continuous innovation within the organization.
Requirements:
- 5–6 years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience.
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale Salesforce programs in an architectural capacity.
- Strong expertise in system integrations, API frameworks, automation strategies, and scalable solution design.
- Experience working across multiple Salesforce Clouds in complex business environments.
- Ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
- Experience collaborating with international clients, particularly in US and UK markets.
