Job Description

Local Community Manager managing community engagements and events within Georgia to support the community. Building trust and maintaining networks while facilitating local collaboration and solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update local guides (core priority)
  • Build and maintain a trusted local network
  • Support the community through scalable solutions
  • Organize local events and employee engagement
  • Community coordination

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and people coordination skills
  • Proven ability to research, structure, and verify information
  • Experience living in Georgia and/or Armenia and understanding relocation realities
  • Ability to independently find solutions and trusted local providers
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Comfortable coordinating events and communicating with different stakeholders
  • Russian language proficiency C1+
  • English proficiency B2+
  • Nice-to-have Georgian language skills (plus, not mandatory)
  • Understanding of taxation, legalization, residence permits, or relocation processes
  • Previous experience in community management, people operations, relocation, hospitality, or event management
  • Experience working with expat or digital nomad communities
  • Personal experience navigating immigration/legal status or relocation processes
