Job Description

Local Marketing Representative responsible for driving corporate sales at Papa John's in assigned territory. Planning local marketing and establishing community relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive corporate restaurant sales, orders, and ticket average within assigned territory
  • Plan and execute strategic local store marketing initiatives
  • Establish, build, and grow the Papa John's brand in local communities
  • Coordinate localized public relations campaigns and sponsorships
  • Oversee deployment of local promotional offers

Requirements:

  • Experience with Local Store Marketing (LSM) techniques and sales building initiatives
  • Ability to lead, coach, and guide restaurant managers on local marketing initiatives
  • Experience in building and managing strategic relationships with community organizations, schools, and civic partners
  • Proficient in local promotional offers, eDeals, and eCRM campaigns
  • Comfortable tracking, analyzing, and reporting on ad spend for local activations
