Job Description
Business Analyst implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ERP solutions at Avanade. Gathering client needs, designing functional specifications, testing, and training end users.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct client interviews to gather and analyze requirements
- Advise clients on ERP implementation based on your area of expertise and business knowledge
- Identify the ERP functionality to be implemented and any potential gaps
- Design and document the solution’s functional specifications
- Train end users
- Define test plans, test scenarios, and test cases
- Support clients throughout their projects
- Collaborate with functional and technical professionals within an ERP community
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of the key functionalities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Expertise in the following functional areas: Finance, Trade & Logistics, Manufacturing, and Project Accounting
- Ability to collaborate with a variety of functional and technical professionals
- Experience working on large-scale projects for diverse clients
- Fluency in English and French
- Passion for ERP and the Microsoft ecosystem
- Ability to work effectively in an international team environment
- Proactive approach to learning and knowledge sharing
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working in an international environment
