Job Description
CVS Health data automation manager building Python, SQL, and Dataiku ETL workflows. Investigating healthcare data and supporting analytics-driven business processes.
Responsibilities:
- Build ETL workflows using Dataiku and Python to receive, manipulate, and populate data
- Support team members in testing, troubleshooting, and documenting work
- Contribute to team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative projects
- Contribute to knowledge management initiatives and share best practices across the organization
- Collaborate with product managers, clinical support, and designers to gather and document product requirements
- Investigate data to answer stakeholder questions and support decision-making
- Research and resolve client issues by writing queries and analyzing data
- Assist in maintaining the integrated high-performance culture
Requirements:
- Problem solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to understand and describe data structures
- At least 5 years of work experience
- 4+ years of experience with multiple SQL dialects, including T-SQL, Google BigQuery, and Oracle
- 4+ years of experience with Python
- 4+ years of ETL work using Dataiku or Alteryx
- 4+ years of experience in a data engineering role
- 4+ years of experience using project management and repository applications; Azure DevOps is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Master's Degree in a data or analytics field preferred
- Preferred: experience managing a team of coders
- Preferred: healthcare data, Prior Authorization, or Clinical Operations experience
- Preferred: experience building AI solutions
