Job Description
City Manager immobilier développant la conciergerie locative courte durée d’ALB Conciergerie en France. Développant un portefeuille de biens, pilotant les opérations et optimisant les revenus propriétaires.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as ALB’s local reference for your city and surrounding area
- Manage your territory like your own business
- Grow the business by onboarding new properties into management
- Oversee the property portfolio: cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out and guest relations
- Maximize revenue through yield management and multi-listing on Airbnb, Booking and Abritel
- Coordinate a local network of service providers
- Delegate portfolio management to the ALB network during absences
- Build a portfolio of managed properties and potentially develop a team of City Managers under sponsorship
Requirements:
- Ability to persuade and build trust with property owners
- Motivated and autonomous
- Experience in real estate, sales or other sectors accepted
- Want the autonomy of being self-employed with the support of a structured network
- Aim to build a long-term recurring income
- Independent contractor status
- Full training included
