Job Description
Responsable ALB Conciergerie sur secteur pour gérer l'activité conciergerie. Développer le portefeuille, optimiser les performances et garantir la satisfaction des clients.
Responsibilities:
- You are the ALB Concierge Area Manager for your territory.
- You oversee all concierge operations in your area as an autonomous manager.
- Portfolio development: signing new concierge contracts in your area.
- Operational management: leading cleaning and maintenance teams, coordinating service providers.
- Client excellence: ensuring the satisfaction of owners and guests in your area.
- Performance optimization: occupancy rates, pricing, and listing quality.
- Local representation of the ALB brand and building its reputation in your territory.
Requirements:
- You can persuade and build trust with property owners.
- You may come from real estate, sales, or any other sector (hairdressing, management, hospitality, etc.) — your motivation counts.
- You want the autonomy of an independent professional with the support of a structured network.
- You aim to build long-term recurring income rather than a capped salary.
