Job Description

Manager, Business Enablement overseeing a team of business analysts in a remote setting for corporate projects. Providing strategic direction and ensuring quality delivery across sales, marketing, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage team of business and systems analysts
  • Provide strategic direction and management in service environment
  • Manage business analysts for quality delivery
  • Allocate staff to align with business priorities
  • Support project issues/resolution
  • Support standardization efforts for platforms across sales, marketing, and customer service
  • Manage internal resources to meet business needs
  • Educate business partners on sales, service, and marketing technology
  • Coordinate with other units to resolve issues
  • Maintain effective communications within Business Enablement and externally
  • Act as a subject matter expert for operational processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of management experience
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service or sales environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Proficient with spreadsheet and word processing applications
  • Ability to analyze work processes and make recommendations to improve department efficiency
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
