Job Description

Manager of Commercial Activation supporting sales systems and operations for Hyatt. Collaborating with teams globally to ensure successful sales strategies and account management.

Responsibilities:

  • Support sales infrastructure, systems setup, and operational processes during critical ramp-up and transition periods in a Global capacity.
  • Focus on tactical execution of sales systems, account management processes, market research, and sales operations.
  • Work closely with internal commercial teams to build and maintain accurate sales databases.
  • Manage RFP processes and support execution of strategic sales initiatives.
  • Leverage sales tools to maintain account integrity and support pipeline activity.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify target accounts and business opportunities.
  • Prepare reports, sales documentation, and account research to support business development and commercial initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of hotel sales experience, preferably in a centralized, multi-property, or above-property environment.
  • Deep understanding of the group and corporate transient segments.
  • Proficient in Hyatt’s Envision, CSM, and Cvent Transient platforms or equivalent CRM/RFP tools.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple hotel stakeholders and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-visibility ramp-up environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required
