Job Description
Product Design Manager responsible for enhancing user experience in healthcare solutions. Leading UX teams and mentoring individuals to drive innovative designs and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute a vision for the user experience
- Drive innovation through design and optimization
- Mentor and support design team members
- Collaborate with product & engineering teams
- Lead internal reviews for features and interaction design
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business
- 7+ years of Project Management
- 5+ years of Resource Management
- 7+ years of department level management
- Operating knowledge of SW design toolsets (Mural, Figma, Sketch, Userzoom)
