Job Description
Manager of Instructional Technology Development leading high-performing L&D teams at TD. Responsible for learning solutions to build capabilities for leaders and employees consistent with TD's objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Coach and manage a team of expert Developers
- Collaborate and consult with Learning Solutions Architect partners
- Participate and partner with peers in the Design team
- Build development expertise and learning consulting capability within the team
- Be a champion of innovative thinking
- Work closely with key business leaders to develop business plan
- Manage development budget and vendors
- Provide deep subject matter expertise in learning design and development
- Monitor and communicate the effectiveness of strategies
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree is required
- Post graduate education in Adult Learning & Development or Instructional Design is preferred
- Certification in Instructional Design/Instructional Technology/Human Performance Technology is an asset
- Experience with Accessible Design following the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) is preferred
- Experience with Learning Management Systems, Articulate Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office Suite is preferred
- 7+ years related experience
