Job Description
Senior Manager serving as a strategic business partner at TD Bank U.S. Leading executive content preparation and aligning stakeholders for efficient collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Serves as a strategic business partner within the Business Management & Governance team
- Supports the U.S. Chief Operating Officer and senior leaders across TD Bank U.S.
- Leads preparation and delivery of high-visibility executive content
- Drives alignment across cross-functional stakeholders
- Ensures leadership is equipped with accurate, executive-ready presentations
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree
- 10+ years relevant experience
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint
- Strong strategic planning and business management capabilities
- Deep understanding of operational risk, regulatory environment, and governance frameworks
- Expertise in stakeholder management
- Strong data interpretation and storytelling skills
- Proficiency in standard tools (e.g., Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel, CoPilot, and Teams)
