Job Description
Manager of Sales Development leading Sales Development Representatives at Fieldwire in the construction tech sector. Focused on shaping strategy and mentoring high-performing teams in a remote setting.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor a growing team of high performing Sales Development Representatives
- Evolve playbooks by developing and implementing new prospecting initiatives and strategies
- Shape the strategy and grow the Sales Development team
- Create and establish strategic prospecting training and conduct weekly forecasting meetings
- Collaborate cross functionally to ensure buy in and ongoing development support from key stakeholders
- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop an agile organization
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of sales experience
- At least 2+ years of management/leadership experience of SDR’s / BDR’s
- Experience in B2B SaaS sales and sales management
- Experience prospecting into various market segments and personas
- Experience in growing SDR teams
