Job Description
Sales Development Representative in a rapidly growing AI software company, engaging with potential clients and optimizing sales processes. Collaborate with teams to enhance customer engagement and sales metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively contact potential customers in the mid-market and upper SMB segments by phone, social media, and email
- Schedule demo appointments to present our solutions
- Run outbound campaigns independently — supported by tools, data, and our engineering team
- Work closely with the GTM team to continuously increase revenue per customer and ensure a steady lead flow
- Optimize and scale sales processes — analyze and report KPIs and improve the CRM tool (HubSpot)
Requirements:
- Experience in sales (preferably B2B) with direct customer interaction
- Strong communication skills that enable you to build trust, persuade, and communicate confidently
- Resilience — setbacks motivate you and drive continuous improvement
- Experience with CRM systems and the ability to execute a structured sales process
- Open to feedback and committed to ongoing personal and professional development
- Native-level German and solid English skills
