Job Description

Sales Development Representative in a rapidly growing AI software company, engaging with potential clients and optimizing sales processes. Collaborate with teams to enhance customer engagement and sales metrics.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively contact potential customers in the mid-market and upper SMB segments by phone, social media, and email
  • Schedule demo appointments to present our solutions
  • Run outbound campaigns independently — supported by tools, data, and our engineering team
  • Work closely with the GTM team to continuously increase revenue per customer and ensure a steady lead flow
  • Optimize and scale sales processes — analyze and report KPIs and improve the CRM tool (HubSpot)

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales (preferably B2B) with direct customer interaction
  • Strong communication skills that enable you to build trust, persuade, and communicate confidently
  • Resilience — setbacks motivate you and drive continuous improvement
  • Experience with CRM systems and the ability to execute a structured sales process
  • Open to feedback and committed to ongoing personal and professional development
  • Native-level German and solid English skills
