Job Description

Sales Development Representative at Weissenberg Group identifying and qualifying leads. Handling first contact with potential customers and building the sales pipeline.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify highly qualified leads and strategically build our sales pipeline.
  • Qualify and schedule potential customers to generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
  • Make first contact with MQLs and PQLs according to defined sales criteria.
  • Take responsibility for the quality of SQLs, measured by resulting proposals.
  • Follow up on leads promptly within defined handling windows.
  • Maintain and report all relevant information in the CRM system.
  • Independently prioritize leads based on relevance and potential.
  • Apply and further develop sales strategies and tools.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Campaign Management.

Requirements:

  • Structured and efficient working style for systematically handling large volumes of leads.
  • Solid knowledge of CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to reflect on and optimize your own conversations.
  • Excellent communication skills, polished demeanor, and a positive, proactive mindset.
  • High willingness to learn and motivation for continuous development.
  • Enjoy working in a feedback-oriented team environment.
