Job Description

Sales Development Representative managing inbound leads, conducting sales processes, and selling business exchanges in Brasil.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive approximately 300 leads/month (inbound)
  • Manage the sales process through to closing
  • Present and sell the Business Exchange
  • Manage the pipeline and update the CRM (CODA)
  • Participate in quick follow-up rituals

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales (SDR or closer)
  • Strong closing skills
  • Clear, confident, and direct communication
  • Commercial organization and discipline
  • Competitive, execution-driven profile with high autonomy
