Job Description
Sales Development Representative working from home generating sales-ready leads and building customer relationships. Responsible for effective selling, prospecting, and qualification for revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively use calling and email marketing campaigns to introduce potential customers to our solutions.
- Provide proactive recommendations and enhancements to boost client success and operational efficiency.
- Become a credible person and develop trusted relationships with potential clients
- Develop a strong understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their benefits to prospects.
Requirements:
- Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus
- Have an interest in sales and for acquiring customer-facing skills.
- Strong communication and self-motivation
- Ability to manage time in a remote role
- Willing to obtain a professional license (guidance provided)
- Authorized to work in Canada or the U.S.
