Job Description

Marketing Communication Specialist responsible for email campaigns and customer communication automation for Henry Schein. Collaborating across teams to improve customer experience through Marketo and CRM integration.

Responsibilities:

  • Support deployment of email communications to audiences using Marketo
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and compliance standards
  • Explore and present best practices within the industry
  • Document processes to keep them up to date
  • Support the team in driving the integration of CRM with our marketing automation platform, Marketo
  • Monitor leads in both Marketo and Salesforce from start to finish
  • Perform daily operations within our marketing automation platform

Requirements:

  • Typically 2 to 4 or more years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience
  • Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and critical thinking
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to manage key stakeholders
  • Core Excel skills: Familiarity with fundamental Excel functions
  • Solid understanding of industry practices
  • High proficiency in utilizing relevant tools, systems, and procedures
  • Excellent planning, organizational, decision-making, and analytical skills
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong internal and external partnerships
