Job Description
Marketing Executive supporting the execution and optimisation of campaigns for a crypto-first casino, sportsbook, and prediction platform. Collaborating with various marketing disciplines to drive growth and brand impact.
Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns across casino, sportsbook, and prediction products
- Assist with setup, optimisation, and monitoring across multiple digital channels
- Help manage content, offers, and promotions across owned, paid, and partner media
- Coordinate campaign assets, briefs, and timelines with internal teams
- Support product launches, feature rollouts, and promotional initiatives
- Assist with social media scheduling, publishing, and basic performance tracking
- Monitor community feedback and trends across social platforms, Discord, Telegram, and other channels
- Help ensure messaging remains consistent, on-brand, and aligned across touchpoints
- Assist in coordinating with affiliates, creators, streamers, and marketing partners
- Support onboarding of new partners, including links, creatives, and tracking setup
- Help monitor partner activity and flag optimisation opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of campaigns, partners, and deliverables
- Track and support reporting on key metrics such as traffic, engagement, FTDs, and conversions
- Build and maintain basic performance reports and dashboards
- Support analysis of campaign performance, what's working, what's not, and why
- Assist senior contributors with ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests
- Work closely with Product Marketing, Social, Acquisition, CRM, BI, and Creative contacts
- Help keep campaigns organised, documented, and on schedule
- Follow established workflows while contributing ideas for improvement
- Support testing, experimentation, and learning across channels
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field
- Strong interest in online marketing, performance channels, and digital platforms
- Comfort working with data, numbers, and performance metrics
- Familiarity with common digital marketing tools (e.g. analytics platforms, ad tools, social tools, spreadsheets)
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, curious mindset with a strong willingness to learn
- Interest or exposure to iGaming, sports betting, crypto, or Web3 (Nice to Have)
- Familiarity with social media, paid media, affiliates, or influencer marketing (Nice to Have)
- Basic understanding of acquisition metrics such as CPA, FTDs, CTRs, and conversion rates (Nice to Have)
- Experience collaborating in remote or international teams (Nice to Have)
