Job Description

Marketing Lead developing go-to-market strategies and brand plans for BeOne’s hematology products in Germany. Driving commercial performance, market insights, launches, and cross-functional initiatives for global oncology company BeOne.

Responsibilities:

  • Maximize the performance of BeOne’s products in Germany
  • Develop and implement the defined go-to-market strategy
  • Achieve defined commercial targets using defined resources and investment budgets
  • Build an image, brand vision, and awareness for BeOne and its products in the hematology market
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for current products and upcoming hematology franchise launches
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to create national brand plans and tactics aligned with international brand plans, including digital tactics
  • Develop national brand communications and activity plans with the Franchise Head and relevant cross-functional teams
  • Identify agencies, vendors, technologies, and tools that support tactic execution
  • Develop customer-centric promotional tools and materials for field force and general business use
  • Generate market insights with Sales, Market Access, Medical, Business Operations, and Business Analytics stakeholders
  • Support forecasting and brand budget planning and monitoring
  • Organize regular trainings and updates for Key Account Managers
  • Manage commercial projects, including contracts, invoicing, and communications
  • Keep management informed about market changes and competitor activities relevant to strategy
  • Participate in national and international scientific meetings, symposia, and workshops
  • Drive business decisions centered on patient care
  • Ensure compliance with ethical standards, BeOne’s Standards of Conduct, and applicable laws and regulations
  • Supervise (Senior) Product Managers, working students, and external suppliers

Requirements:

  • More than 5 years of qualified and successful work experience in commercial roles
  • Demonstrated success in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial commercial environment
  • Specific knowledge and reliable networks in the hematology market
  • High social competence and capacity for teamwork
  • Highly motivated, solution-oriented, and positive attitude
  • Strategic, success-oriented, and commercially oriented thinking and working
  • Exceptional communication and thought leadership
  • Solid knowledge of hematology is mandatory
  • Special knowledge and networks in lymphomas desirable
  • Medical and scientific expertise
  • Implementation and project-work skills
  • Good English and contemporary computer skills required, including MS Office
  • Fluency in both verbal and written English and German
  • Any other major European language is an advantage
