Job Description
Marketing Manager building ASPEN’s B2B SaaS demand generation and customer expansion engine. Owning campaigns, events, messaging, content, and performance analytics end-to-end.
Responsibilities:
- Own and execute ASPEN’s end-to-end marketing strategy to drive pipeline growth, customer expansion, and measurable marketing impact
- Plan, execute, measure, and optimize lead acquisition strategies using ABM and mass marketing tactics
- Identify target accounts, develop message sequencing and personalization, and coordinate execution and measurement
- Coordinate presence at approximately 2–3 industry conferences per year, including planning, logistics, campaigns, and lead follow-up with Sales
- Manage and optimize the ASPEN website and SEO strategy with external vendors
- Own and execute the social media strategy, including approximately one post per week
- Create monthly thought leadership content
- Develop and maintain sales and marketing collateral, including case studies, solution overviews, and industry-specific messaging
- Plan and execute a monthly customer webinar series to drive product adoption, engagement, and retention
- Lead and coordinate the customer conference, including agenda development, speaker coordination, and cross-functional alignment
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success on expansion campaigns, adoption initiatives, and upsell programs
- Support go-to-market execution for new enhancements, modules, and products
- Develop and refine core messaging, positioning, and value propositions
- Ensure consistent messaging across channels and customer touchpoints
- Conduct competitive and market analysis to inform campaign design and messaging
- Track and report campaign performance, pipeline contribution, ROI, and conversion metrics
- Optimize programs based on performance data and qualitative feedback
- Own marketing initiatives end-to-end from planning through execution, measurement, and refinement
Requirements:
- 4–7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in enterprise, vertical SaaS, or complex software environments
- Proven ability to execute campaigns hands-on, not just manage agencies or vendors
- Experience with account-based marketing, email marketing, and digital demand generation
- Strong collaboration with Sales and Product teams
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking pipeline, attribution, and campaign performance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High ownership mindset and comfort operating independently in a lean environment
- Experience within a dealership or dealership industry preferred
- Experience building human-in-the-loop AI processes to expedite workflows preferred
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms preferred
- Experience running events, conferences, or field marketing programs preferred
- Canadian residence required
- Travel availability of up to 20% across North America
