Job Description
Marketing Manager responsible for driving adoption, retention, and growth of ZOLL’s EMS software solutions in North America. Collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Product Management teams to deliver effective campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of marketing strategies, product positioning, and commercialization activities for ZOLL’s EMS software solutions.
- Partner with Sales leadership, Regional, and Territory Managers to drive adoption, including the development of sales tools, training materials, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Develop and maintain product guides, talking points, digital content, and other sales enablement materials to support the EMS software portfolio.
- Provide strategic support and guidance to field teams to ensure effective customer engagement and adoption of EMS software solutions.
- Conduct and leverage market research and competitive intelligence to inform marketing strategies, product positioning, and messaging.
- Partner with the North America EMS Marketing team to drive alignment of messaging and campaigns across ZOLL’s EMS hardware and software portfolios, ensuring consistent, clear, and effective communication.
- Contribute to the development and execution of go-to-market plans for software launches, upgrades, and marketing campaigns.
- Manage trade show and industry event planning and execution, representing EMS software solutions and ensuring maximum impact.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline required
- 4+ years of experience in medical software marketing, medical device or B2B marketing experience
- Experience in EMS, hospital resuscitation, or cardiology preferred
