Job Description
Marketing Operations Manager for Sitemate responsible for the configuration and maintenance of marketing systems. Driving efficiency through automation and operational excellence in marketing processes.
Responsibilities:
- Own configuration, maintenance, and optimisation of marketing systems across Salesforce, Unify, Freckle, and adjacent tools
- Build, stitch, and maintain automations (e.g. lead flows, routing, intent-triggered outbound, campaign enablement)
- Ensure data integrity and tightness across the top-of-funnel as new channels, programs, and tweaks are introduced
- Partner with Marketing and GTM Ops to translate strategy, playbooks, and frameworks into executable systems
- Switch programs on/off, iterate flows, and clean up legacy or broken logic with a systems-first mindset
- Document systems, use cases, and operating procedures to create repeatability and leverage
Requirements:
- Strong Salesforce admin or configuration experience (certification a plus)
- Proven experience building and maintaining automations and operational workflows
- Systems thinking: ability to anticipate downstream impacts of upstream changes
- Experience with Unify (intent signals, outbound workflows)
- Experience with Freckle or similar enrichment / data tooling
- Comfort using Zapier or similar tools to connect systems
