Job Description

Marketing Specialist executing email, digital, social, web, and event campaigns for behavioral healthcare provider Guidelight Health. Managing CRM operations, tracking, calendars, and campaign performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, paid digital, organic social, web, and events
  • Build, schedule, and manage newsletters, lifecycle and nurture sequences, and campaign-specific email programs
  • Administer CRM and marketing automation platforms, including HubSpot, and manage lists and basic segmentation
  • Maintain the marketing calendar and coordinate campaign timelines, dependencies, and stakeholders
  • Ensure accurate tracking, tagging, and attribution across marketing touchpoints
  • Monitor campaign performance, including opens, clicks, and conversions, and flag improvement opportunities
  • Support email deliverability, list hygiene, and CAN-SPAM and opt-in/opt-out compliance
  • Maintain marketing templates, checklists, and process documentation
  • Support marketing project intake and route requests from Outreach, Intake, People, and Clinical teams
  • Assist with website content updates and campaign landing page builds
  • Propose new campaigns, process improvements, and content ideas
  • Perform other reasonable duties as assigned
  • Report to the Director of Marketing and execute against briefs and timelines set by the Senior Manager, Brand & Marketing

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related coordination/operations role (required)
  • Experience building, scheduling, and managing email marketing programs
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
  • Hands-on exposure to a marketing automation/CRM platform such as HubSpot
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through on multiple concurrent tasks
  • Clear written communication skills and comfort presenting simple performance summaries to a manager
  • Demonstrated initiative through process improvement, idea proposals, or projects beyond assigned work
  • Comfort with light design tools such as Canva and basic web content management systems
  • Eagerness to learn campaign strategy and operations and grow into a manager-level role
