Job Description
Bilingual trainer delivering PBS automotive dealership software training in English and French. Supporting installations, customer training, troubleshooting, and implementation across North America.
Responsibilities:
- Learn and develop an understanding of all areas of the PBS software and the process for training customers
- Develop a strong understanding of data entry processes and other essential tasks
- Work directly with customers and train all sessions in assigned module(s)
- Maintain positive customer relationships, identify customer needs, and ensure they are met
- Respond to internal and external training requests in a timely manner
- Write tickets, investigate issues, and escalate issues to corresponding teams
- Monitor the STT queue
- Maintain documentation and update it as processes change within the department
- Share knowledge within the primary module and with other STT team members
- Learn new products to increase knowledge
- Commit to ongoing system education and cross-training
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
- Fluent in French and English (speaking, reading, writing)
- 1-2 years’ experience in a car dealership environment, with a focus in Fixed Operations
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software tools
- Ability to travel within Canada and the USA up to 1 week per month
- Valid passport
- Visa, if applicable
- Full driver’s license
- Excellent communication skills, including presentation and public speaking
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Outstanding documentation abilities
- High School Diploma
- PBS software experience is a strong asset
- Experience facilitating in-person and virtual training sessions is a strong asset
