Job Description
Bilingual trainer delivering PBS dealership management software training in English and French. Supporting automotive dealerships through virtual, onsite, and implementation training across North America.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver effective training and support to customers on PBS Dealer Management Software in English and French
- Conduct virtual and in-person training sessions
- Develop a thorough understanding of all PBS software modules
- Assist with new software installations and provide ongoing implementation support
- Learn and explain data entry processes and other essential tasks
- Work directly with customers and train sessions in assigned modules
- Maintain positive customer relationships, identify customer needs, and ensure they are met
- Respond to internal and external training requests in a timely manner
- Write tickets, investigate issues, and escalate issues to corresponding teams
- Monitor the STT queue
- Maintain documentation and update it as processes change
- Share knowledge within the assigned module and with other STT team members
- Learn new products and participate in ongoing education and cross-training
- Perform other assigned duties and responsibilities
Requirements:
- Fluent in French and English (speaking, reading, writing)
- 1-2 years’ experience in a car dealership environment, with a focus in Fixed Operations
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software tools
- Ability to travel within Canada and the USA up to 1 week per month
- Valid passport and visa (if applicable) required
- Full, valid, unrestricted driver’s license required
- Excellent communication skills, including presentation and public speaking
- PBS software experience is a strong asset
- Experience facilitating in-person and virtual training sessions is a strong asset
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Outstanding documentation abilities
- High School Diploma
