Job Description

Strategy Specialist contributing to marketing and business development at award-winning digital design studio, Plank. Collaborating with teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences with a focus on inclusivity.

Responsibilities:

  • Turn ideas and priorities into organized plans, tasks, and deliverables
  • Maintain momentum across multiple ongoing initiatives by tracking progress, following up on action items, and helping teams stay aligned
  • Execute marketing initiatives including newsletters, social media, blog content, website updates, and virtual or in-person events
  • Support business development efforts through pipeline management, proposal coordination, prospect research, and follow-up
  • Coordinate proposals, pitches, presentations, and marketing materials by managing timelines, gathering feedback, coordinating revisions, and facilitating approvals
  • Conduct research, testing, and analysis to support marketing, business development, and strategic initiatives
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, follow-ups, and action items across internal teams and external partners
  • Review and track relevant RFP opportunities, requirements, and submission timelines
  • Maintain dashboards, reporting, and pipeline tracking to support marketing and business development efforts
  • Maintain accurate records and track progress across CRM, client relationship, and proposal management systems
  • Improve and maintain internal templates, documentation, and shared resources

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, including time management, efficiency, project coordination, and collaboration
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting timelines
  • High attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfort supporting senior leadership and strategic initiatives
  • Ability to bring structure to ambiguous or evolving work
  • Proactive problem-solving and self-direction
  • Experience coordinating meetings, documentation, and action items
  • Confidence working cross-functionally with different teams and personalities
  • Strong proficiency with digital collaboration tools and project management platforms
  • Bilingual (French/English) (Bonus)
  • Experience with email marketing (Bonus)
  • Experience with SEO (Bonus)
  • Familiarity with paid advertising (Bonus)
  • Experience with Google Analytics (Bonus)
