Job Description
Marketplace Manager scaling MATOLUX’s modern lighting sales across Amazon and emerging DACH marketplaces. Owning listings, advertising, product data, launches, compliance, and KPI reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Independently manage and optimize the Amazon presence in Germany and Austria
- Manage Seller Central, FBA, Account Health, and case management
- Expand to marketplaces such as Otto, OBI, and Kaufland—from account setup and category mapping through to launch
- Manage and further develop marketplace advertising, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display
- Create high-converting listings, including keyword research, titles, bullet points, A+ Content, and Brand Stores
- Coordinate visual assets with the graphic design team
- Manage product data in Shopify and feed management, for example using Channable
- Create product pages in the online store and across all marketplaces for product launches
- Plan deals, coupons, and promotions such as Prime Day and Black Friday
- Monitor competitors and ensure legally compliant listings, including price displays, energy labels, and GPSR requirements
- Track channel KPIs weekly, including revenue, TACOS, conversion rate, and Buy Box performance, using Sellerfox
- Derive concrete actions from reporting results
- Work closely with the team while taking full ownership of your area of responsibility
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in marketplace management, particularly with Amazon Seller Central and FBA
- Proven experience independently managing and optimizing Amazon Ads campaigns based on ACOS/TACOS KPIs
- Confident working with Shopify, including product data, collections, and metafields
- Experience with feed tools such as Channable, Tradebyte, or JTL is a plus
- Structured, detail-oriented, and data-driven approach to work
- Good knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
- Interest in modern tools such as Sellerfox and AI workflows
- Willingness to collaborate in a structured manner with the E-Commerce Manager and graphic design team
- Ability to prioritize independently and work in a structured manner, either remotely or on-site
- Fluent German and strong English skills
