Job Description

Regional Account Executive driving customer acquisition for public safety agencies. Engage, qualify, and manage multiple sales cycles with high-velocity execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new public safety customers within assigned territory
  • Manage multiple concurrent sales cycles with consistency and structure
  • Conduct discovery to understand agency operations, challenges, and mission priorities
  • Apply MEDDIC fundamentals to deal qualification and forecasting
  • Partner with Solutions Engineering for demonstrations and evaluations
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, pipeline hygiene, and forecast discipline
  • Represent DroneSense by Versaterm at regional events and agency meetings

Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of sales experience in SaaS, GovTech, or public sector environments
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-velocity sales cycles
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfort engaging a range of public safety stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel regionally between 25% to 50% cyclically.
