Job Description
National Accounts Manager driving high-speed digital pre-print and graphic packaging sales for Georgia-Pacific’s Hummingbird business. Growing revenue through consultative selling, new-account acquisition, and strategic customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy focused on high-speed digital pre-print and high graphic solutions
- Drive revenue growth and innovation
- Use a consultative sales approach to identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Prospect, identify, and close new accounts while owning the sales process from start to finish
- Manage and nurture relationships with decision-makers
- Align the value proposition with customer business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with commercial and operations teams
- Monitor the market and adapt to the evolving competitive landscape
- Travel across the U.S. and connect with prospects, customers, internal teams, and GP Hummingbird facilities
Requirements:
- Proven B2B sales experience and direct expertise in corrugated, paper, packaging, or digital print
- Strong business acumen and solution-based technical selling skills
- Deep understanding of the sales process from prospecting to closing
- Willingness to travel 30–50% across the U.S., including overnight stays when necessary
- Experience with lithographic, flexographic, or digital printing
- Communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Proven track record in lead generation and building a robust sales pipeline
- Experience working with Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) customers
- Ongoing education or technical training demonstrating a commitment to lifelong learning
- Ability to pass a drug test where required
- Work authorization verified through E-Verify
