Job Description
Remote ADU Consultant managing inbound B2C leads for a residential construction company in Lisbon. Engaging clients and delivering tailored solutions while leveraging sales technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Run client phone calls, qualifying inbound leads and conducting sales presentations
- Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas and KPIs
- Own the top of the funnel stage from initial contact to qualification and follow-up
- Engage with new and existing clients, maintaining a high conversion rate
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor client solutions
- Leverage AI, CRM, dashboards, and automation tools for pipeline management and performance tracking
- Take part in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing skill development
- 60% written communication and client coordination; 40% phone communication
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of successful B2C sales with a track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Experience with CRM systems, dashboard analytics, AI tools, and other sales technologies
- Full professional working proficiency in American English (Level C1-C2)
- A completed bachelor’s degree or higher
- A strong work ethic, along with work maturity
- Ideally, fluency in Ukrainian, Russian, or another Slavic language
- Bonus: Knowledge of ADUs, residential construction
- Bonus: Working experience within US market, e.g. customer service
