Job Description

NOC Engineer I responsible for incident response according to standard procedures in a cybersecurity firm. Supporting Managed Services Solutions with maintenance and remediation efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • responsible for incident response in accordance to company standard operating procedures
  • scheduled maintenance, and remediation efforts in support of Managed Services Solutions
  • Implement updates and patching to supported software and hardware systems
  • Resolve maintenance related technical issues
  • Maintain a general understanding of Conversant Group Products & Services
  • Obtain and Maintain Select Vendor Engineer Certifications
  • Follow best practices and standard operating procedures
  • Provide feedback on how to improve supportability of our services
  • Collaborate with Clients, Peers, and Managers to aid in Successful Support of Services

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of Information Technology work experience, preferably in Managed Services
  • Understanding of ticketing systems and time management
  • Technical Degree in Information Technology, related field, or equivalent work history
  • Technical certifications in VMware, Microsoft, CompTIA, etc..
  • Experience working for and within IT for the Legal Industry
