Job Description

International O&U Commercial Operations Leader for driving sales and operational discipline. Collaborating with global teams to execute commercial strategies and marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with regional and zone commercial teams to drive sales and order performance for O&U offerings.
  • Monitor and track the opportunity funnel in Salesforce (SFDC), focusing on converting committed opportunities into orders.
  • Monitor and manage the sales backlog with OTR teams to ensure timely conversion of orders, proactively addressing any obstacles to fulfillment.
  • Conduct regular status reviews of high-value opportunities and escalate issues as needed.
  • Develop and maintain commercial dashboards to track performance by zone and modality.
  • Drive a daily management system with the zones to ensure KPI performance.
  • Provide reliable forecasts and business reporting to senior leadership, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
  • Ensure compliance with established commercial processes and pricing guidelines.
  • Support strategic exercises with regions to help shape the O&U strategy.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Review financial ledgers and analyze business profitability across products and modalities.
  • Investigate pricing structures, cost allocations, and margin improvement opportunities.
  • Apply Lean principles to drive operational discipline, continuous improvement, and commercial excellence across all regions.
  • Utilize structured problem-solving methodologies to identify root causes, implement countermeasures, and sustain improvements in O&U sales and profitability.
  • Work closely with the LCM HQ team, Sales, Modality, and local leaders to ensure alignment and operational consistency.
  • Develop and implement commercial programs, including sales incentives, to address business gaps and drive O&U sales growth across regions.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in commercial operations within international environments.
  • Strong operational management background.
  • Proven track record in KPI-driven performance management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Power BI, and reporting tools.
  • Commercial expertise in financial analysis or pricing.
  • Experience working in matrix organizations and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Sales experience preferred.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
