Job Description
Assistente de Onboarding role integrating clients for an innovative accounting firm in Brazil. Managing client communications and ensuring efficient company opening processes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via communication platforms such as WhatsApp and other internal tools;
- Analyze and verify data required for company incorporation processes;
- Manage and maintain the client portfolio, ensuring active and organized follow-up;
- Perform activity analysis (CNAE) to correctly classify the business;
- Assess and determine the appropriate taxation regime in accordance with current legislation;
- Make phone calls when necessary using systems such as Callix to provide support and clarify doubts.
Requirements:
- Use of tools such as Google Sheets, forms, and search tools;
- Knowledge of company incorporation procedures;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite;
- Task management;
- Basic knowledge of tax accounting;
- Technical customer support;
- Familiarity with communication tools (e.g., ChatGuru).
- Education:
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields (in progress).
