Job Description
Oracle Payroll consultant supporting HCM integrations, payroll troubleshooting, and configuration changes. Freelance remote role for Sidekick Network’s IT and digitalization projects.
Responsibilities:
- Support for Oracle Payroll
- Analysis of complex payroll and integration issues
- Root cause analysis
- Support with payroll configuration and smaller changes
- Work with Fast Formula
- Work with HCM Extracts
- Work with HDL/HSDL
- Support with Oracle Integration Cloud and external payroll interfaces
- Support with releases, testing and hypercare
Requirements:
- Several years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience
- Strong Oracle Payroll expertise
- Productive support and troubleshooting experience
- Good knowledge of Fast Formula
- Experience with HCM Extracts
- Experience with HDL/HSDL
- Experience with payroll integrations
- Very good English skills
- Nice-to-haves: Oracle Integration Cloud
- Nice-to-haves: BI Publisher
- Nice-to-haves: ADP GlobalView or other external payroll systems
- Nice-to-haves: International payroll landscapes
- Nice-to-haves: Core HR
