Job Description

Outbound Phone Sales Representative connecting with customers to sell Mood products and services. Building relationships, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with leadership for strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and connecting with new and existing customers and prospects via phone, email, chat, and other channels to introduce and sell our products and services.
  • Building relationships with customers through various channels to understand their needs and showcase how Mood products can help.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with your ‘book of customers’ to manage the relationship and keep them engaged and loyal to Mood.
  • Partnering with the Customer Success Contact Center Leadership team to develop and refine strategies for growing our sales pipeline based on customer insights.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and the various key performance metrics that are measured in a contact center, sales, and outbound position.

Requirements:

  • Proven success in a sales and/or call center environment, preferably in a target-driven role.
  • Outstanding customer service, verbal and written communication abilities, with strong listening skills.
  • Comfort with technology and a knack for helping non-tech-savvy customers.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to pivot and problem-solve to meet business goals.
  • A bias toward action and the drive to consistently go above and beyond.
