Job Description
Healthcare Survey Agent conducting outbound surveys for hospitals and clinics. Documenting emergency-response protocol data remotely for a healthcare services client.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to hospitals and healthcare clinics across the U.S.
- Complete brief surveys about after-hours and emergency response protocols
- Ask approximately 3 standardized questions per call
- Accurately document responses using provided systems
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with healthcare staff
- Follow call scripts and guidelines for consistency and compliance
- Handle a high volume of calls while maintaining quality standards
- Protect confidential information and adhere to company policies
- Communicate issues or escalations to supervisors as needed
- Meet performance and attendance expectations in a remote work environment
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service/call center or office experience required
- Technical savvy; able to toggle between multiple browsers and systems using dual monitors
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must pass a background check in compliance with state and federal laws
- Previous remote work experience preferred
- Secure, high-speed internet connection and dedicated workspace required
- Childcare for anyone 4 years of age and younger is required
Benefits:
- Paid training, typically 2 weeks
- $1/hour shift differential for nights/weekends

- Benefits eligible on the first of the month after 60 days for full-time employees working 40 hours/week
