Job Description
Medical Representative promoting established pharmaceutical products through hospital visits, product presentations, territory planning, and customer development in China. Managing performance, budgets, product knowledge, and reports.
Responsibilities:
- 日常拜访医院客户，确保 A、B 级客户的覆盖率和拜访频率
- 每月至少一次拜访固定区域内重要医院的主管院长、药剂科主任、药事委员会成员及重要学科带头人
- 每周至少召开一次产品介绍会，扩大医生对产品的了解
- 每月初根据公司指标规划负责区域，并每周跟踪进度以完成目标
- 合理规划负责区域内医院，定期更新客户科室信息并拓展区域业务
- 根据预算和市场情况预申请市场活动费用，获批后支出并在费用发生 3 周内提交 DM
- 根据市场部产品策略制定产品发展计划，重点推进新产品
- 在实地工作中运用业务技巧，提高有效拜访效率
- 管理报表
Requirements:
- 每周应该保证 4.5 天的正常拜访时间
- 每天面对面有效拜访人数不应少于 12 人
- 每天必须保证在区域内进行 8 小时的有效拜访工作
- 应保证公司及客户在早 8:00 点起至晚 22:00 点之前可以取得完全联系
- 在规定时间内保持手机开机状态
- 每周至少召开一次产品介绍会
- 每周参加产品知识讲解并定期进行考试，考试成绩作为绩效评估依据
