Job Description

Sales Growth Partner executing outbound B2B campaigns for building products industry. Engaging decision-makers to drive measurable results in a performance-driven, virtual environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute outbound B2B campaigns to identify and influence key decision-makers
  • Build relationships and close sales across assigned accounts
  • Manage CRM activity with precision and accountability
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and improve performance

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of outbound B2B/B2B2C sales experience (building products preferred)
  • Proven track record in consultative selling and closing business
  • CRM fluency (HubSpot, Salesforce, Aircall, or similar)
  • Strong communication skills and professional presence
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working virtually
