Job Description

Partner Manager responsible for driving partnerships and revenue in the APJ region for MinIO’s object storage solutions. Collaborate with partners and cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the APJ partner strategy aligned with global objectives
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-impact partners (resellers, SIs, OEMs)
  • Build strong relationships with key partner stakeholders and executives
  • Develop and drive joint business plans with partners
  • Collaborate on co-selling opportunities and pipeline generation
  • Enable partners with training, certifications, and sales tools
  • Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue targets
  • Track pipeline, forecasts, and partner performance metrics
  • Drive deal registration and channel engagement programs
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams
  • Support regional campaigns, events, and partner marketing initiatives
  • Provide feedback from the field to inform product and strategy
  • Deliver onboarding programs and ongoing training
  • Ensure partners are equipped to position and sell MinIO solutions
  • Support technical enablement in coordination with solutions engineering

Requirements:

  • 5–10+ years of experience in partner/channel management, preferably in cloud, storage, or enterprise software
  • Strong understanding of the APJ market landscape (Korea, India, ASEAN, Japan)
  • Proven track record of building and scaling partner ecosystems (VAR’s, SI’s)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Willingness to travel across the APJ region as needed
